The space
The apartment consists of three comfortable bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, and three full bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and an air conditioning unit for guests utmost comfort along as well as includes pillow-top mattresses on each bed as well as black out curtains.
The laundry, kitchen, living room, downstairs bedroom and one bathroom are located on the ground floor of the apartment. The living room and downstairs bedroom have large glass sliding doors which open onto the balcony, allowing for great indoor/outdoor living. The balcony provides the perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the picturesque views of Port of Spain or the night sky.
The two upstairs bedrooms likewise boast large floor to ceiling windows which makes the rooms feel bright and airy due to all the natural light they let in. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one of which is adjoined to the Master bedroom.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer unit, three smart televisions, as well as a pull-out sofa-bed in the living room.
The apartment can accommodate up to eight persons.
Guest access
Guests will be provided a unique code for the smart lock to the apartment which will remain valid for the duration of their stay.

Other things to note
The property is located in a gated community and guests should be mindful and respectful of their neighbours. We ask that guests kindly monitor their noise levels and adhere to the quiet hours that are in place during their stay.
We welcome you to use the kitchen. To keep everything running smoothly please leave the apartment in the condition you found it, including but not limited to, putting dishes on the draining board, washing pots & pans and putting them away, wiping down counters or any soiled surfaces. We kindly ask that you keep the apartment clean and tidy.
No pets, smoking, parties, or unauthorized guests are allowed. Additionally, please do not rearrange the furniture.
Check-in is at 3pm and check out is 11am, however we will try our best to accommodate early check-in/late check-out requests with advance notice. Early check-in/late check-outs will be free of charge up to 2 hours. For requests which exceed 2 hours, a hourly rate of $20USD will be charged for every additional hour which the guests would like to have access to the unit.
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages may result in damages fees and reporting to vrbo.
