"The rooms were generally clean but we noted that there was deficiency in cleaning them, This was evidenced by the fact that when we walked in the room with our bare feet, dust was evident on our feet, which suggests that the floors were either inadequately mopped or not mopped at all. We also felt that there was need to place mats on each side of the bed. There were several occasions when no wash cloths were provided at all which compelled us to ask for them."

"The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk representative you were my photographer, videographer, Google Maps interpreter, and much much more. Whatever we needed you were there to help. Your pleasant demeanor, smiling face and great sense of what to do, made our stay so memorable, and our experience at the Brix a lot more enjoyable. Thank you! Thank you! "24 HOUR SECURITY, TO ME EVERY THING IS ON POINT, THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL, THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN, GO AROUND THE CORNER YOU CAN EAT, HAM, LAMB, JAM.TAKE IN A LITTLE STEEL PAN SILVER STARS STEEL ORCHESTRA IS ON THE AVENUE, MOST OF ALL THE PRICE IS RIGHT, ITS IN EXPENSIVE"
