Beautiful Home with an Incredible View

"This property is exactly as described on VRBO. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The living room, dining area and balcony have an incredible view of the Les Issambres neighborhood and the Mediterranean Sea. It is a very modern decor and the pool and landscaping are excellent. The house is situated about 800 meters up a hill (not an easy walk) and very close to some great restaurants, the beach and the ferry from St. Maxime to St. Tropez. The only negative to staying here is the trash situation (you have to load up your trash and take it about a mile to the public trash receptacles). The manager (Claire) was very responsive and timely to all questions and inquiries. We would definitely stay here again."

Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Calanques des Issambres

"Had a great stay. The facilities are in very good condition. Kitchen area in the apartment well equipped and the apartment itself is comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the restaurant on site. The pool was a great bonus. It’s easy to walk to the shops and restaurants on the promenade and the port. The beach is just across the road. We did have a surprise after we checked out where it turns out we were supposed to wash all kitchen items, so we got charged a penalty although we weren’t notified beforehand of this rule. Having said that, I still recommend the place. Great value for money. "

Villa Les Issambres sea view, in the Gulf of St Tropez 1km from the beach

Stylish house in great location with magical views

"We stayed for 2 weeks over the summer with our 2 boys aged 9 and 13. The house is in a great location for the beach and for exploring the Côte d’Azur. The panoramic views are exceptional and the house is rustic but has been beautifully styled. I would recommend the house for a family but maybe not for very young children as the spiral staircase is steep and there are lots of steps and sharp drops in the garden and pool area. The host was lovely and resolved any questions we had immediately. The house was very well equipped with everything you could need and we very much enjoyed our stay. "

Lovely villa with great views

"We had a lovely time at this villa the views are spectacular and only a short minute drive down to the sea. The only thing was the villa needs a bit of maintenance downstairs in the bathrooms which leak, and they also left us one toilet roll between 8 people. It would be nice to have at least a few things like hand soap in the bathrooms not a small bar between three bathrooms. No tin foil no washing up liquid. We know it’s a villa and not a hotel but we have travelled all over the world and these are the extra touches that make the difference to a stay meaning we wouldn’t have to buy every single item at the supermarket. We would recommend the villa if you’re not worried about it being 3/4 star."

A wonderful home and location for family vacation

"The villa, located between Frejus and St. Maxime, is wonderful. It has a very nice pool, 10-15 minute walk into town, and the rocky beach is only 1 block away with the sandy beaches about 10-15 minutes away. Home is modern and well-maintained. Kids could have just stayed in the house the entire vacation playing in the pool and bocce ball. The manager of the home, is very nice, speaks excellent English, very responsive, and is local who knows the area. We would definitely go back to this house on our next trip to France."
