"This property is set up perfectly for a several couples or a group of 8-10 folks. With 4 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, there is plenty of private space and area to congregate. The large kitchen and living area in the main house accommodate. The separate casita is set up as an efficiency apartment for a couple or single occupant. The outside covered lounging area is roomy and is great to hang out with friends. There is a garage that is set up with a tv, ping pong, corn hole and a disco ball. Sonrise is our go to place when in POC with friends."

"Me and my grooms men went for a 4 day stay it’s was great. Plenty of room. Everything you think you might need was there had a place to park/rinse the boat off. I loved it next door neighbor was really chill we had 8 people one night and sat around just taking with the music on and we asked him to let us know if we got to loud he said for us to just have a good time we weren’t bothering him. Everyone had an amazing time. Can’t wait to go again definitely my go to in port o Conner. "
