This brand new build is 10 min from Beaver Stadium, 5 min from Target/Wegman’s, and 2 min from I-99. Enjoy the beauty that central PA has to offer with several State Parks just 30 min away.

The open layout and brand new entertainment systems make this the perfect place to unwind. Sip your morning coffee on the beautiful patio, or watch the sun sink behind the mountain ridge as you relax by the custom gas fire pit in the evening.

Graduation Celebration!
We chose this property because it seemed a perfect place for a few families to meet, and host a celebration for our graduates. It did not disappoint. The house is pristine, well-stocked, and beautiful. About 15 min from the campus, out of the fray but close by, it made driving to graduation easy. We hosted a lovely event for which the weather cooperated and the outside space was exactly what we had hoped for/envisioned. A great shared home space for visiting the area! Thank you Rob for your thorough communication and help!
