PORT-LOUIS - REF 312, classified by Gîtes de France 1 épis (virtual tour available on the agency website or upon request) - sleeps 2-4 - 150 meters from the first coves and at the foot of the town center, this spacious 2-bedroom duplex apartment has been successfully renovated. Located on the 2nd and top floor of a converted 17th-century house, it comprises a beautiful living room opening onto the main street, a fitted and equipped kitchen with access via a hallway offering a partial view of the port, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and a bathroom. The accommodation benefits from a shared courtyard within the building.

*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.

**Hotel services per additional person: bed linen set (90cm) = €15, bath towel €5, bed made upon arrival €5 per bed, travel cot or high chair €15, Wi-Fi access point €35/week.

Tourist tax will be charged in addition, according to the current Cap Lorient Agglo rates.

Behind the ramparts left intact by cannons and time, the splendor of the Compagnie des Indes and the picturesque charm of a port mingle. The town offers restaurants, bar, carousel, playground, skate park, creeks, boat shuttle to Gâvres and Lorient. In addition in summer, organization of night markets on Tuesday evening and shuttle to Larmor-Plage and Groix will punctuate your holidays.

Très bien

Idéalement situé l'appartement est moderne hyper propre et très confortable. Seul bémol : le salon/salle à manger qui est sombre. Par contre les chambres sont hyper agréables et la cuisine est très lumineuse. Le jardin/terrasse (partagé) est aussi un plus.
