"The gite is in a great location, a short walk from Doelan, which is a picturesque small port on a small river estuary. The host, Jacques, was very welcoming and friendly. We had some lovely conversations with him. He is a real gentleman. He showed us where the local hidden beaches were located, and advised on coastal walking nearby. Would very much recommend this property. It is great value for money."

"Lovely stay in Lucile’s cozy village cottage. Property exactly as pictured and described. Amenities close at hand and central location to all offered in area. Lucie was very nice to deal with and took the time to come and meet us before we checked out. Highly recommend."

"I’ve always wanted to stay in a stone house in France. This one is perfect! I stayed here alone but there is space for at least 3 more people. It's located close to just about everything: To the beach, to Oysters, to grocery stores, to downtown historic Carnac. This is the center of Brittany’s Megalithic monuments which I visited every day. The owners are more than accommodating and welcomed me with open arms . I would love to return!!"

"La propriété est située au cœur de la forêt. Nous étions en famille, et avons passé un séjour très ressourçant... Les villes du Faouet, de Quimperlé, de Lorient étaient facilement accessibles. Des sites, comme les roches du diable, sont à voir absolument...très près de la location. Rien ne manquait, et grande propreté... Prévoir éventuellement, un paillasson plastique adapté devant la porte d'entrée, pour éviter que les gravillons et salissures du dehors, rentrent dans la cuisine. C'est une...

"Gîte au calme proche de Carnac avec des espaces extérieurs très agréables. La cuisine, salle de vie et salle de bain ont été refaites avec goût. Les chambres sont un peu plus vétustes à l'étage et sont en enfilade (il faut traverser une chambre pour aller dans la suivante). Gîte plus adapté pour 7 que 9 personnes car 2 matelas sont trop fins et bon à changer. Un des canapés est également à changer suite à la découverte d'une souris morte qui s'y était installée. "This is a delightful little Gite: the conversion from a farm building is excellent and all work done to a high standard. It met all our needs, and we found the location good for exploring Morbihan. Between us and Jan Luc, we had enough French/English to get on fine! He lives nearby in the event of any problems (there were none) It's worth remembering that as it's a thatched cottage, only the supplied gas barbecue can be used. A lovely property in a quiet spot"

"Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans la "Cider House". Tout est facile, de la remise des clés au départ organisé par Enora avec beaucoup de sympathie et de disponibilité. Le gîte est conforme aux photos, agréable, très bien rénové et le jardin est vraiment exceptionnel. C'est un endroit stratégique pour visiter ce joli coin de Bretagne. Nous recommandons à 100 % :o)"

"On arrival at the cottage,we found it clean, the garden well maintained, and plenty of utensils in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, and for entertainment, loads of DVDs and games for children to play. There are plenty of walks surrounding the property, giving easy access to the many coves and inlets in the area. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay hence the 4 stars, but that would not deter us from booking this property again. Richard and Janet , Leeds "
