In addition to a wonderful location, you are also granted access to community on-site amenities, which include a heated outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a well-appointed fitness center, and a rec area with a Ping-Pong table.

This family-friendly retreat offers a welcoming living area with a smart TV with streaming services where you can gather with your loved ones and host entertaining movie nights or catch up on your favorite series. Guests must pay a $90 admission fee directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival at the Long Island Village Resort Center for vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is not included in Vacasa fees.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Enjoyed it

Really enjoyed the stay there. The place was clean, the area was quiet, and the community offers plenty of amenities for those trips longer than a few days. Spacious eating area and the deck on the canal is awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

Very homey I loved it

We are a family of 6 and spend the weekend. Loved the deck the area is incredible. Also the decore of the room it’s so unique the puzzles, kitchen fully functional full fridge you can have evening bbqs after spending the day out adventuring there is always something to do.
