The surrounding area was a little run down… The point of contact by the name of Jim was rude but we didn’t have any use for him after we arrived at the location. On Expedia, it states that tenants will receive an email with the code to the door at the 24 hour mark. We did not receive the code until two hours before our arrival. This was uncomfortable for us as we had to drive six hours to the location. I called Jim in the early am and...

When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. "We normally stay on SPI but some friends were staying in the Long Island Village so we decided to stay close to them. The little village is so cute! Very well maintained. Our house was right on a canal so it was fun to wake up to that view every morning. As for the house. Cute LITTLE house. The pics online are a little deceiving. It appears to be very large online. In person, not so much. It was just my husband and I so it was ok. But I cannot imagine staying there with kids or 2 more adults....
