"We can't say enough good things about Garden Island and staying in Willow cabin (boathouse). It's all about being next to Lake Champlain. The peace, the beauty, the many ways to play or rest. Relaxing on the screened in porch is awesome in all weather and was our favorite feature. It has a million dollar view that far surpasses most rental homes and definitely is the best on the island. The sandy beach, the dock, the kayaks, the sprawling lawn, the Adirondack chairs offer abundant ways to kick...

"Wonderful stay here in Ticonderoga for a family wedding! The property was charming. The front porch was so welcoming with comfortable wicker furniture. The house seemed to be recently renovated, and with very good taste. Good parking, very clean, modern roomy kitchen, comfortable, cozy living room, beautiful bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds. We loved having our morning coffee on the back deck. Highly recommend this lovely property!"

"Place was great but owner should state upfront that there is no WIFI and NO cell service. Kind of needed the WiFi to plan out my vacation plans and not having ANY cell service whatsoever made that impossible. Place was In Great shape , VERY private , driveway was extremely steep making towing my trailer up it a little sketchy. But other than those two issues place was great! "
