"The house is wonderful. The view of Green Lake is beautiful and being able to access the lake with so many options, swimming, boating, etc was great. Nice shops in walking distance and nice evening relaxation on the porch. The access was difficult with unmarked (wrong address) to the steps leading to the house from Green Lake side and a complete inaccessible parking and walkway due to large construction job blocking everything on the East side Woodland Ave side. No warning about this...
