Equipped with 3 bedrooms on two different levels, this property allows guests their own space to relax. With 2 bathrooms, one on the lower level that is best utilised by visiting parties and bunk room guests, the other much like an ensuite to the Master Bedroom with separate powder room toilet, large luxurious bath and ample bench space to get ready for any event. The master bedroom has sweeping 180-degree ocean views from the comfort of your bed, allowing you to greet the sun and waves early in the morning, or from the privacy of your own upper level decking space. With large wardrobe, TV and spacious surrounds the master bedroom will have you feeling like you're one with the ocean. The best place we have ever done any holidays

The proximity of the beach really surprised us. We stayed most of the time at the beach. This is the best holiday place we had ever lived. Thank you from all of us.

Wedding weekend Guest House

We rented this place for guests attending our wedding over the easter weekend. It was a perfect spot for extended family to come and base themselves to enjoy an easter weekend in Port Fairy and help us celebrate our special day. They all reported back that they had a great time. Hosts were accomodating of our specific requests and happy to help us out.

5 Star Location, views, views, views !

Great 2-storey house right on the beach, superb views from the living room/front deck and the master bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms are so-so, rear facing views over the car park. The teenagers chose the bottom bedroom because they effectively had their own bathroom. The bunk-bed mattresses weren't comfortable. Showers good, heating good. Didn't see any cooling but it wasn't air-con weather for us anyway. The location of this property is top-notch, the exterior is weathering and needs a litlle TLC .

Beautiful location but poorly maintained for the price plus no WiFi, hot water went off regularly and lacked basics life coffee pot and oven mits etc, no basic spices, salt, pepper, nice oil ... Bring everything you need
