B&B Hotel Bayeux

"An okay no frills hotel. Airconditioning didn't work in 1 of 2 rooms and the single window didn't allow for airflow. Hinges on the bathroom door need grease so the door doesn't wake the entire room when opened. No locks on bathroom door which is a minor inconvenience. Had to slam exterior door shut to get it to latch which probably frustrated our neighbors. I had low expectations for breakfast from previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't amazing but was perfectly acceptable for fueling up before a trip to D Day sights."

"The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble. Our room was clean and modern with a view from the balcony over the harbour area. The parking was excellent too at the back of the hotel, easily accessible. We are not too keen on the ‘pod’ bathrooms that Ibis seem to be utilising more and more in their rooms but that is not this hotel’s issue, that’s a senior level issue! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone looking in this area."

"The apartment was fine, a lot of room and 2 toilets. That was nice. A plus to have a balkony. Nice view. Good bed. The sofa was very bad. Really nice with a pool. Nice with possibility to buy fresh bread every morning. Also fine with different food truck."

"The Churchill Hotel was perfectly located with paid parking just outside its doors. The staff was welcoming and helpful and just outside its doors were bars, restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious and comfotable with AC. Breakfast featured many choices. Our Omaha Band of Brothers tour picked up from the adjacent parking lot and the hotel offered tours to Mont St Michael as well. The Cathedral is beautiful and we were sad to miss the music/light show."

"My husband and I came here in our honeymoon and LOVE LOVE this place. It is very beautiful property, all the staff is super nice and helpful. We also love the Nuxe products that they used in our bathroom:). We had dinner in the restaurant and everything is super fresh and delicious, highly recommended! Breakfast with fresh orange juice was top notch. You will love every moment in here. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer. Thanks to all the staff working there to make an incredible memory in our hearts."
