Our modern and stylish costal retreat is an amazing holiday location. 4 bedrooms sleeping 10, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, separate kitchenette and two separate living areas making it perfect for large families and groups. Ocean views from upstairs and downstairs.

Aircon and heating throughout our home allowing for comfort all year round.

All beds will be made up with fresh linen, as pictured.

Pet friendly on request.



The Space:

After your booking is confirmed you will be provided a boarding pass link from Airbnb’s trusted partner, ENSO Connect.

Please note that a $550 security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not held by us) is required as part of the booking process. Alternatively, if you prefer, we offer a $55 damage waiver.

Master Bedroom - King size bed + built in wardrobes

Living room (adjacent to master) - Large 4 seater lounge w/ chase, large wall mounted smart tv, balcony with ocean views and 4 seater bar

Main Upstairs Bathroom - Double sinks, bath, shower and separate toilet

Kitchenette including second fridge



Downstairs -

Master Bedroom - Queen size bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite (toilet and shower)

Half bathroom - toilet and sink

Living area - 6 seater lounge, large smart tv, record player and sound system

Laundry - w/ washer and dryer

Full kitchen - equipped with full Mielle appliances, butlers pantry and barstools for kitchen island

Dining Area - Large dining table w/ 6 seats (stools can seat 4)



Our home comes stocked with basic bathroom and kitchen amenities. All beds will be made up with fresh linen

5 Minute walk to Hotel Elliot for pub meals and drinks, Jelly Cafe located across the road from Hotel elliot. Many other resturants and cafes within walking distance.

10 Minute walk to Port Elliot Rd main strip.
