"This is a very comfortable gite, conveniently situated on the edge of Saintes, but away from the main road so nice and quiet. There is a pleasant walk along a quiet road beside the river Charente into Saintes. Claudine and Patrice are kind and generous hosts."

"The property is very nice and well equipped but could do with new pillows on the beds. We enjoyed our two weeks stay in the house. There were a couple of problems we encountered. The key safe was extremely difficult to open perhaps needs to be looked at and the other was the neighbours dogs pooing frequently in front of the garage. Having said that none of these issues spoilt our stay and would recommend."
