"Our check in experience was not good, lots of confusion on the type of room. We thought we booked a room with a terrace and a view but for the first night we had a room with absolutely no view except of a wall. The people we dealt with the first night said it was due to Expedia and that they are a club so we get what is left and this was the last room. The next day a different person was at the front desk and they went out of their way to look after us for the next 2 nights due to a...

"Great location with excellent clean rooms with nice decks and views. Gym was OK....and tough to park a car there on the street....limited parking...but otherwise a great hotel. LEVEL package was great with good breakfast everyday included and a nice infinity pool with no kids so great for couples. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing few days of vacation! "
