They were unable to install screen and left. Saturday at 10am grounds guy showed up and was grinding the window so the screen would fit. At no time did the facility let us know that they needed to fix the screen window and at what time they would be...

The host did not wear or bring a mask when checking in, He did not even bring one with him. I did not want to enter the house with him, so he got mad and just left me the keys.
