Beautiful Private Pool Home

Very private 3 Bedroom Pool Home with a private and extensively landscaped backyard including a heated pool on a 1/2 acre lot. Great South Florida location. Our home is well appointed and continually being upgraded. Travertine floors, upgraded and well appointed Kitchen. The pool has western exposure allowing for sunshine from mid-morning through the rest of the day including views of beautiful sunsets. The large master bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV/VCR with walk out to the pool area. Large ensuite with soaking tub, shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. 2nd Bedroom equipped with a Queen bed and LCD TV includes separate ensuite and walk out to pool. 3rd Bedroom includes two twins right next to the third full bathroom. The large open living area with walkout to pool and 65"4K Television/Home entertainment system and High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the home as is cable tv. Pool Resurfaced/Retiled 2020. Well located 5 minutes to Port Charlotte Beach or downtown Port Charlotte with many great restaurants and shopping! 8 or more additional beaches anywhere from 20 minutes to an hours drive. 2 hours from Miami or Ft Lauderdale. 2-1/2 hrs from Orlando / 1-1/2 hrs to Tampa. Beautiful home and great location
I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this home. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need to stay there. The pool was absolutely wonderful, we spent a lot of our time at the pool. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 10 to 20 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet. The booking process, checking in and out was very easy. I would give this home and process twelve stars out of 10.

Beautiful home perfect stay!
The home was spacious, immaculate, and very well-appointed. The pool was lovely and well-maintained and the kitchen had everything I needed. I cooked most of our meals and didn’t find anything lacking as far as cooking, serving, plates, etc. The yard was beautifully landscaped and maintained. This property is a 10/10!

The property was everything we expected was awesome. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating. You didn't get to use the pool. It hardly used anything actually, but we really enjoyed. A filthright home away from home for us.

Beautifully landscaped pool home
We stayed in this home for 2 months while our new construction home was being built. The home is roomy and comfortable and the gourmet kitchen has everything you need. The landscaping is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lanai next to the pool and relaxing in a tropical paradise! We saw a large gopher tortoise, rabbits, a possum and a bobcat with her 2 kittens. The bobcat was amazing to see as she passed thru the yard. Only saw her twice. The home is clean and in a very quiet neighborhood but not far from shopping on Tamiami or Punta Gorda. We also had easy access to Sarasota, Englewood, Venice and Ft. Myers and enjoyed visiting many different beaches and waterfront restaurants. Nadine is a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions we had. She was very flexible and understanding when we needed to extend our stay because of delays with our home. We felt very lucky to stay in such a lovely home and highly recommend.

Beautiful property
This is a very comfortable home stocked with everything you need. We loved the pool and lanai area and the landscaping is gorgeous. Very quiet area but not far to shops and restaurants on Tamiami and not far from Punta Gorda. We saw a turtle, possum, and a bobcat Mom passed thru the yard with her two babies. We can’t wait to come back in August!
