Perfect beach trip 🏖️, Bird Watching 🐦, or Snowbirds in the winter!

***Special Things to Note***
- This is a Pole House (built on stilts). These types of houses are built to have flexibility and move with the wind. That said, you will notice movement from time to time. Our kids love it, but it does take a day to get used to. 😏

- NO PETS
- NO SMOKING.
Community Pool:
- NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY (guests swim at their own risk)
- Guest must follow all listed rules and regulations listed at community pool and other amenities.
- Pool has a 20 people max capacity listed


- Weather near the ocean is often unpredictable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE, just in case the seas don’t agree with us. :)

Loved this cozy beach house. Extremely clean, walking distance from the beach, the perfect family get away location. Great wagon provided to take all the necessary supplies to the beach. Would go back again tomorrow!! Crystal beach is a repeat spot for sure!

Weekend Getaway

House was so cute and perfect for a quiet weekend away! Hosts were so easy to contact and very responsive. House came with all utensils and kitchen supplies to cook whatever needed for the weekend. It was just what I needed for the weekend. Definitely will keep in mind for the future.

Perfect little beach house for our family of 5. House was very clean and loved that laundry soap, dish pods and coffee pods were supplied, somethings I completely forgot, so was nice to have there already! Justin and Ashley were very sweet and very responsive! Definitely would stay again!

Location and size were perfect for my needs. Although it was too chilly to spend time on the beach the proximity was as advertised, very close. Lovely little place with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Nice house close to a non-busy beach

Nice house with two comfortable king beds and a nice little loft with twin beds for the kiddos. Nice view of waterways and barges to watch during the morning and nice view of sunsets in the evenings. Close proximity to the beach an plenty of beach equipment to bring to the beach. Great place for a family vacation.

Cute house!

Very nice, very clean and super cute inside. Only downside was the community pool was closed for our entire stay and the mosquitoes were terrible. Make sure to bring lots of big spray.

Enjoyable getaway

This property was a very nice place to stay. With never having been to this area we were unaware of the lack of shops, stores and beach access. We were able to take the ferry into Galveston which was fun. We rented a golf cart which made it easier to get on the beach. If you’re looking for seclusion and not a crowded beach this is the place to go.

This is our 3rd visit to the area. We love the neighborhood, proximity to the beach and the intracoastal water way as well as the views. The house was very comfortable for four adults and an infant. We had plenty of room for a pack n play and baby bouncer! Everything was clean which made our stay very comfortable! Justin was very timely with communication which made oir check-in and check-out process easy. We highly recommend this property. Great experience!

Beautiful House

This is a new house so everything is in great shape, beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood. The construction noise is barely heard. Very well stock with towels, bathroom essentials and kitchen and laundry soap. If you plan to access the beach by car you have to drive a little because the one access across the neigborhood is not appropriate for cars or atv's. Justin will answer your messages promptly. We had a great time!

Perfect!

Beautiful little 800 square foot home! Everything is brand new, and absolutely decorated perfect! As soon as you walk in you feel the coastal peaceful decor and finishes. Has everything you need and then some- all the special personal touches they include. love that it’s the end unit- the view of the marsh and the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. It’s a quick walk too. Quiet and secluded. Met 2 locals across the way and just as friendly as could be. Makes you want yo move there. Great find, we couldn’t be happier! Justin was amazing host as well! Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful place! We will be back here! Smiles, Debbie and Rick
