This beautiful waterfront home is located in a quiet area of the Bolivar Peninsula, uniquely situated between the only gulf-side boat launch and Fort Travis Seaside Park. Unobstructed views of the Bolivar Roads Anchorage allow you to watch the ship traffic and ferries entering the channel, as well as Galveston Island. In the mornings, you can sit out on the deck with a cup of coffee while watching the breathtaking sunrise and listening to the sounds of the waves. On the Rocks is located between Fort Travis and the North Jetty.



The open concept living/kitchen area features tasteful decor and cozy seating, as well as a smart TV (high speed internet provided for your streaming needs). The modern, well-stocked kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve meals, and you'll love the convenience of the on-site washer and dryer.



With over 1700 square feet, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps up to 10 people. The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the remaining two bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each.



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
