"Ladie at front desk was nice , room was clean and elegant, came with simple amenties , and the beach was right next door. We had to go to galveston for food spots though only downside and wait for the ferry, which felt like a eternity.Also has a place to sit downstairs."

"Both the home and the surrounding yard were gorgeous and immaculately maintained. Access to the property was easy in our small vehicle and the host made the check in procedure smooth and pleasant. The home was spotless, cool and comfortable. The icing on the cake was definitely the deck with a beautiful view of the Gulf (zero obstructions and a mere stone throw away) plenty of sun or shade and comfortable / functional patio furniture. We rate it a 10 on a 10 with our only regret being we did not have longer to stay. We definitely plan to return."

"We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, well maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests. It was the perfect setting for our relaxing girls getaway. Ashlee was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question, and we had everything we needed to truly unwind and enjoy our time together. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway."

"This is a quiet place to sleep after a long day at the beach. We stayed in a King Studio room. The A/C worked well, there is a mini fridge & microwave, and the shower was clean and worked well. THAT SAID, this is NOT a resort. Bring everything you will need for your room: coffee maker, coffee, sugar & creamer, cups/mugs/flatware, food (no restaurant or bar on site), extra towels/washcloths, extension cords, dryer, toiletries, clothes hangers, etc. It's bare bones. I didn't see an elevator to the 2nd floor. The pool looked nice & clean, but I didn't experience it firsthand. Imo, they charge way too much for these rooms."

"The house can accommodate a lot of people, and the check-in and check-out processes were very simple - the hosts did not require much to leave the house, just your normal removing trash, running dishwasher, etc.At the price point, the rooms were fine, however there were a few small details that were not ideal. The overhead lights in the main room with the king bed did not work, and the middle room with the bunk beds did not have an outlet at all. If you're having kids stay in that room, not a huge deal, but for adults it was strange. The bottom bunks of all the bunk beds were also set against the ground, which was uncomfortable to get in and out of for adults. Additionally, the first bathroom's door did not close all the way, seemingly because the house has shifted and the door could not fit into the jam.Overall, a fine place to stay if you're not spending much time at the house - very close to the beach and Margaritaville down the street - but some details could be improved."
