Spacious rooms (we had the double comfort room), very clean, modern, comfy bed, great linens and pillow choices. Would definitely stay here again with pleasure. Also, TV stations were plentiful. "

"Central location in Bern. The staff was incredible and very friendly and helpful. Seems to be a hot spot for after work businesses. The breakfast was very good and the Brie and jam on their delicious bread is second to none. My girls ran in the morning down by the river and the city seems very safe. Walkable to all of the things. We love this hotel and Bern. We were too late in the year to do the river swim, too cold, but if you travel in the warmer months put this on your list. The rooms were clean and had ample room for the 5 of us traveling. We used 2 rooms. The rooms had a little wear and tear on them but we would definitely stay here again. "

"My family and I stayed here for a few nights and we really loved it! It is more of a remote location so plan to walk to certain stations for transportation (~15 min) but they have everything necessary nearby (gas station, bistro/deli, small resturant, fast food, etc.) The room was small but cozy and comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful! The breakfast is fantastic and free every day from select hours and all around us are gorgeous nature views and paths! The bathroom wasn't bad but be careful of water spilling out of the tub - really that's are main compliant but others we had a lovely time, thanks to the staff at Hotel Grauholz!"

"Clean room with great kitchenette amenities (I was surprised at that). Building has six commercial washers & 6 dryers [latter is free of charge for use; washers can be reserved/held for 5-10 minutes & paid via WeWash. Aldi & gym in next door."
