"A little work and could be a cool place. 1. Doors didn’t lock right 2. One toilet would not work, no water. 3. Many light bulbs out. 4. Yard was an overgrown mess. 5. No cold water in down kitchen sink 6, had to buy toilet paper. 7. No kitchen towrls. 8. No bathroom amenities 9 few functional chairs. Many broke 10. Price was right but a little TLC would go a long way. Owner told us he would have someone out to fix toilet on day one. Never heard from him the rest of the stay."

"Loved it. The place reminded me of staying over at my grandmama’s house. The old cypress toung and groove style wood ceiling brought back so many memories of my childhood. The place was well insulated as there was a storm on one night that I didn’t hear at all. The bar crowds near the campus did not reach or infringe on my stay the entire weekend. I went for a graduation and stayed longer and rested well. Thanks Ryan for providing a wonderful room and being a great host."

"This was supposed to be a two bathroom situation and upon arrival one bathroom had no water in the toilet at all and the walking machine was taped closed to not be used. There was a broken lamp shade that was just hanging there, which ok no biggie but then there was a broken kitchen chair that was left that could have been potentially sat in and fallen out of. When we started getting ready for bed and making sure all exit doors were locked we found that there was a door in the front bedroom that...
