"Room was clean. Breakfast was 6-8 am & was awful. TV was terrible. Unable to get any TV channels without rebooting the TV. Even after rebooting it was a challenge to get to the channels. What channels we finally got were out of Dallas so no local news or weather. Fire alarms went off early morning & local fire officials including the fire Marshall had to come in our room. This happened multiple times that morning. We left as the noise & chaos were too much. Elevator was slow & bumpy..floor...

"Health hazard, We arrived at the hotel and the front automatic door was broken so you had to physically slide it open and closed which I thought wasn't a big deal but it was a sign of how bad this place is. When the elevator door opened on our floor it smelled like mold and the rooms were even worse it was hard to breathe in there. there was water damage on all the doors, the panels in the shower were sealed with silicone and you could see black mold growing on the seams the mirror had mold...

"Shower was a bit if a mess the drain was pulled out. The people staying at the property slammed their room doors all night. Bed was comfortable. TV remote did not work. One nightstand light flickered. The breakfast was included but a bit bland wish they had yogurt and oatmeal. The staff was abrupt, or dull. Overall, just ok but not many places to stay in that area so would recommend for the location."

"Didn’t have housekeeping the days were there- told called off sick The hot water in shower was poor- told you have to turn the handle the other way (towards cold). Said there is a note taped there- there wasn’t Is dog or pet friendly The air conditioner functioned poorly- was told just cleaned that one -I checked the filter looked like wasn’t cleaned or replaced this year. Definitely pet friendly"

"Upon arrival we were told that the pool was broken. There were no extra sheets or blankets in our room for the pool out sofa. Would not stay here again."
