"We had a dozen adults and a couple kids here, the private bathrooms were a HUGE win and the large dining table and ample seating in the living room made it easy for everyone to hangout and enjoy. Driving and parking on the beach made it easy to enjoy the beach without being right on it. Only feedback is that I wished the house was more equipped with things like trash bags, paper towels, etc. to save a grocery run, but all in all great affordable house!
