"The grounds were very well kept and gated community ! The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. He showed up at our arrival and showed us the rental ,locks and parking. He gave very good directions and information prior to our arrival, which made it very easy to find and took away the stress of finding the property in an area I have never been it was very comforting and appreciated"

"The property had roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen cabinets had a lot of rat fieces in them which is a clear indication that they have not been cleaned. Kitchen cabinet was falling off the hinges when being opened. The toilet was filthy and toilet seat was loose. The refrigerator and freezer had rust stains and looked horrible to store items. "We enjoyed our stay at Donnaa house very much. The view as well as the house is incredible. The kitchen offers all you need and the rooms are spacous and airy.
