"The breakfast was excellent - hot with lots of protein options. Some reviewers might say the decor in the rooms is dated, but for me this creates a great retro vibe. The rooms are exceptionally clean and all appliances, water pressure in the palatial shower are great. I want to give a shout out to the very kind and helpful staff. Very personal and caring service! Would come back again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Chez ZigZag! From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and at home. The flat was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, and you can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into making the space welcoming for guests.One of our favorite parts was the beautiful outdoor area. We loved sitting by the outdoor fireplace in the evenings and enjoying a fire, with the wood thoughtfully supplied by the owners. The gardens and outdoor spaces made the property feel extra special.We also had the pleasure of meeting both owners, who were so friendly, gracious, and welcoming. And I have to mention the chickens! I absolutely adored their little chicken coop and visiting with the chickens. Winnie, their sweet dog, completely stole our hearts too — she loved playing ball and was such a fun part of our stay.Chez ZigZag was more than just a place to stay while visiting the Olympic Peninsula — it became a wonderful part of our Washington experience. We felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout our visit. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Chez ZigZag to anyone visiting the Port Angeles/Olympic National Park area. A truly wonderful experience!"

"Look no further. This is the place to stay in Port Angeles!Super comfortable bed and linens. Luxurious shower. All the things I look for (but rarely find):HooksCeiling fans!!Smart TVReclinersDishwasher Light dimmers!Oh, and how can I forget? An ICEMAKER! I am so over having to use ice trays on our extended road trip. This was a game changer!So happy they shared their place with us!"

"Nice location if you plan on visiting Olypmic National Park or take the ferry to Victoria Canada. Many good places to eat within walking distance. There is also a Safeway and a local natural food store close by. Please note the room faces a busy street so it is quite noisy - but it seems to calm down by 9 -10pm. What is not mentioned in the check-in process that there is a parking permit needed to park over night. This was in the kitchen that we did not see until after parking the car and spending 30. Should have been mentioned up front. Also took some getting use to using the keyless entry."
