Both stays were lovely, our favourite however was our winter stay as there was a real feeling of coziness as the snow was on the ground as we looked over the water from the cedar hot tub. "We love to experience spring early and then return home for spring again. The accommodation allowed us to stay cozy with cooler spring weather than we have experienced in the past. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment that allowed us to prepare our meals ourselves. However, the way the property is portrayed on the web site, we expected an ocean fronting unit with access to the shore from the door of the unit. That is not accurate. It is down the driveway, across the main road of the island and 7 - 10 min walk (for us) to a rocky (but very nice) beach. "clean unit with recent updates. staff were helpful and very friendly. great for smaller children and young teens. some of the campsites seem unkept in relation to the rest of the property. we watched them clean the pool which due to our short stay we didnt get to use."
