"We had the best time! The house was perfect and exactly what I was hoping it would be. The entrance to the home was a bit of a challenge and had it been raining would not have been fun, but we knew it was going to be a bit of a slope. The home is perfectly situated to visit many of the surrounding towns. We had dinner at the restaurant in the village above (Vellano). Wonderful meal and friendly and helpful staff and owners. "Wonderful countryside estate in a great location. Charming house on an olive farm. It is in a quiet, private area and is very relaxing. Beautiful views and lots of room for kids to run around and explore. The location was also excellent for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Vinci, even the coast. The property was spacious and clean. The host was always available and very responsive/helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa in San Gennaro. The villa has two big bedrooms and the location is lovely and quiet with just the sound of the church bells (but the windows and heavy shutters keep the villa quiet!) The terrace gets the sun in the day and the villa stays nice and cool during the day. "We found the property to be very well equipped, had everything you’d need or expect from a holiday apartment, the lounge, bedroom and bathroom were all of a good size and very comfortable, our only criticism would be the kitchen area would benefit from an additional electric socket."

"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."

"Beautiful rustic home with fantastic views. It’s well equipped and Stuart was really helpful. We enjoyed the peace, the hilltop villages and took a train trip to Florence and drives to Viareggio, San Gimignano and Volterra. Great local food and restaurants."
