Great country house with private pool in Porreres. It can accommodate 6 people.
After an entertaining day visiting different beaches on the island, nothing better than returning to this beautiful property and relaxing in its spacious exteriors. You will be able to cool off in the chlorine pool that measures 11x5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 0.5 to 2 meters. Later you can cook a delicious barbecue both outside or in the glazed air conditioned shed and enjoy it both inside or under the porch. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

Upon entering the house, you find the kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and where the washing machine is also located. The 3 bedrooms are also on the ground floor and all three are equipped with twin beds and AC. We can also provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. There are two bathrooms on the main floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Going up the stairs we find the spacious living room with AC where you can relax and watch the Smart TV.

The house is in a bucolic location, surrounded by fields and tranquility. However, beautiful beaches such as Es Trenc are just 19 km away. The closest town, Porreres, offers all the necessary services for an independent stay such as restaurants, supermarkets and bars. You can also visit other nearby places such as the Santuari de Cura, the Talaiot Capocorp Vell or even go to Palma and spend an afternoon shopping and sightseeing.

Skvělý bazén, lokalita, soukromí, celkové vybavení objektu, klimatizace v ložnicích. Spíše drobnosti a podněty na zlepšení: více skleniček na víno, upravit dveře z ložnic, aby při otevírání nevydávaly zvuky.

Kurzversion ( aufgrund Längenbegrenzung - Langversion vorhanden): Lage: - Ruhige Lage - 6 min von Hauptstrasse Zustand: - sehr in die Jahre gekommen - Eingangstor klemmt - Beleuchtung streckenweise defekt - ein Zimmer ohne Hauptbeleuchtung - Warmwasser dauert 5 Minuten, nur begrenzt verfügbar. - Pool dreckig - 2Wo keine Reinigung - erst am Abreisetag - 1 Toilette nicht nutzbar - Spülung unzureichend - Innentüren klemmen - Öffnung sehr laut - Es regnet rein - Sämtliche Wasserhähne verkalkt - Terrasse Verletzungsgefahr - Holzstühle aus dem Leim - erforderte mehrmaliges Zusammenstecken. - Gebilde Mitte Zufahrt Mückenbrutstätte Sauberkeit: - entspricht bei weitem nicht dem Gestank der einem beim erstmaligen betreten der Finca entgegentritt (Chlorreiniger) - Überall Spinnenweben, Wollmäuse etc., unter (und auf) den Schränken, Betten, Tischen dicke Staubschicht und andere Hinterlassenschaften - landestypische Tiere en Mass zu finden - innen (Geckos, Tausendfüßler, Ameisen,..) - insgesamt schmuddeligen Eindruck - Reinigung offensichtlich nur oberflächig und rudimentär Ausstattung: - das notwendigste ist vorhanden - Zustand arg in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gepflegt - stumpfe Messer, dreckige Schneidebretter - kaputte Gläser - Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler i.O. - Kühlschrank falscher Türanschag, schließt schlecht - z.Zt. Wolldecken angebracht -nur 2 Stück vorhanden - keinerlei schriftliche Infos zu der Finca (so wie wir es aus bisher allen anderen kannten) - z.b. Info Strom, Wasser, Müll etc.. - instabiles Internet - rostiger Wäscheständer - Besen etc. in die Jahre gekommen - Toilettenbürsten alt - Kinderschaukel morsch - Lebensgefahr Sonstiges: - grundsätzlich nichts gegen Hühner - hier freilaufend - Hähne gegen 4 Uhr vorm SZ Fenster und krähen - Hühner lassen Hinterlassenschaften auf Terrasse und Wege "fallen" - Hühner betteln beim Essen Alles in Allem kein schöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen und schade um jeden Euro - man hat mehr den Eindruck hier abkassieren zu wollen. Wir haben schon einige Fincas erlebt, diese war mit Abstand die schlechteste. Auch ein "Sie können sich jederzeit an den Verwalter wenden .." hätte in diesem Fall nichts gebracht. Eine Renovierung / Sanierung wäre wohl eher angebracht. Insgesamt 2 Sterne, weil es vielleicht doch noch schlechter geht.
