"The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say"

"We had a good sized room with a balcony and a view over the wheel and water. The staff was incredible and supremely helpful. The room had a lovely 2 part bathroom and plenty of outlets. We had great suggestions for dinner and were escorted to our room including help with the bags. Great stay!"

The room was the biggest we had in traveling a month in Europe - large and with a bathtub, toiletries including hair conditioner, robes, and in room coffee and beverages. Our balcony view of the ocean was unforgettable. The room was perfectly clean and the bed and linens were comfortable. The music playing in the bar and reception was a bit corny but otherwise a perfect stay. The hotel restaurant La Galerie had excellent food. "

"In Toulon for a rugby cup game with friends. Hotel next to the stadium and close to waterfront where all the best restaurants were located. Hotel reasonably priced good value and excellent as regards cleanliness service and courtesy of staff."
