"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. "The sky dome is incredible. The views are breathtaking in the daytime and evening. The family are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The food is delicious. We did an alpaca and llama walk to an inca site which was a memorable experience."

"Attended international SKÅL CONFERENCE ONLY NEGATIVE was Rm 117 no where to hang WET TOWELS left on the counter and they kept replacing them. No one replaces towels at home everyday or sheets every second day…waste of water, time and money. If towels are not on the floor they ar CLEAN. PLEASE INSTALL HOOKS SO PEOPLE CAN HANG UP TOWRLS….THERE IS LOTS OF WALL SPACE…because it’s not eco friendly …it really bothered me. Otherwise our stay was excellent ..tamara macIntosh"
