"The property was very clean & tidy inside in a very quiet location. The courtyard outside needed some TLC to tidy up the garden. It was a short walk to Middleton Beach & also to the Golf Club. However, you needed to drive to local shops. We had a 5 night stay in the property & thoroughly enjoyed our time in Albany. "

"The Grange on Calgan Farm is placed on beautiful grounds with views over the Kalgan River. It is very quiet and relaxing, however, even though it is advertised as pet and child friendly the host is not particularly friendly towards dogs and children. We had a lovely time in Albany, and spent hardly any time at the Grange, with two adults, two teenage children and a labrador, expecting a dog friendly place, as it was advertised, but did not feel welcome with our dog. "The instructions for finding the property were easy to follow. The property has an excellent view. It is well equipped to deal with the cold weather we experienced with electric blankets and air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped and ingredients for a delicious breakfast were provided. Also in a good location to access the local walks and climbs. A really enjoyable stay."
