TrÚs décevant

Points positifs RĂ©activitĂ© des rĂ©ponses du propriĂ©taire Localisation : proche de la mer et des commerces ProcĂ©dure d'arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part (facile : nous n'avons vu personne donc pas d'Ă©tat des lieux) Beaucoup d'activitĂ©s dans la rĂ©gion notamment avec des enfants Points nĂ©gatifs Route passante devant la maison et donc bruyante les fenĂȘtres ouvertes. En matiĂšre d'Ă©quipement, pas de table pour manger Ă  4 Ă  l'intĂ©rieur alors que la maison est louĂ©e pour 4/5p. Pas de parasol, d'Ă©tendoir Ă  linge (utile pour faire sĂ©cher les affaires de plage) ni de casserole suffisamment grande pour pour 4 personnes. Les canapĂ©s lits n'ont pas de vrai matelas, donc le confort est moyen. 4 ampoules grillĂ©es dans le logement. Le niveau de propretĂ© serait correct sans les toiles d'araignĂ©es et les araignĂ©es, des fourmis Ă  l'intĂ©rieur qu'il a fallu chasser et surtout une cuvette de WC pleine de calcaire et de la moisissure sur les parois de la douche. Ces diffĂ©rents points ont Ă©tĂ© remontĂ©s au propriĂ©taire mais sont restĂ©s sans rĂ©ponse. De notre point de vue, le prix devrait ĂȘtre largement revu Ă  la baisse.
