This 40m² apartment is located in “the Golf and Beach Residence” which faces the Atlantic Ocean and the “Noëveillard Beach”. It has a master bedroom with a king size bed (180x200) and its bathroom (separate toilet) and a sofa bed that can thus accommodate up to 3 people.
The living room consists of a kitchen open to a TV lounge with Wi-Fi connection and gives access to the enclosed garden. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso Vertuo capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. A hair dryer, a washing machine, a griddle and outdoor furniture (table, chairs and deckchairs) are at your disposal.
For maximum comfort, a secure parking space completes the rental.

A lovely, well equipped apartment right by the beautiful beach in Pornic. A lovely walk along the corniche into the gery pretty town which is full of bar, shops and restaurants Will definitely visit again

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement du logement à 2 pas de la plage et une dizaine de minutes du port. Le logement est très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, très propre. Residence calme, sécurisée avec parking. Nous avons été très satisfait de l'agence Hoomy que ce soit pour la réservation ou pour l'accueil, au top! Un logement très bien décoré avec goût, on s'y sent comme chez nous mais qui peut être problématique avec des enfants en bas âge qui aiment toucher à tout. Un manque de place pour ranger les courses.

Superbes studio très fonctionnel et très bien aménagé et décoré proche de la plage

Station très agréable avec une des plus grande baie d'Europe favorisant les balades et la pêche à pied aux coquillages Les voies vélos sont nombreuses, bien aménagées ils permettent de découvrir toute la côte sauvage Le marché vaut le détour avec des produits locaux et de qualités Des vacances idéales

location Pornic

Très bon séjour dans une location très calme, à quelques mètres de la plage et des restaurants avec un petit jardin très agréable et une place de parking très utile. Centre-ville à 1,5km, accessible par le Sentier des Douaniers. Par contre la location ne se situe pas dans le bâtiment montré sur l'annonce mais dans un bâtiment annexe. Les effets personnels ( armoire et placard de cuisine) et décorations des propriétaires nous privent des rangements. Connexion wifi très mauvaise et télévision qui ne capte que quelques chaînes. Quelques améliorations seraient bienvenues pour un confort total ( meuble SdeB, couverts et verres etc...) Une couette plus légère serait plus appropriée pour l'été. Attention, la cabine de douche est vraiment très petite.
