Here, everything is within walking distance: stroll along the quays, enjoy the restaurants and shops, reach the beaches or explore the coastline. Cycling enthusiasts can also use the famous "Vélocéan" cycle path, which runs along the coast and its magnificent landscapes between coves, beaches and small harbours.

Built in 1880, this former fisherman's stone and slate house is part of the history of the "Gourmalon" district, renowned for its magnificent villas with varied architectural styles. With an area of approximately 90 m², this semi-detached townhouse combines the charm of yesteryear with the comfort needed for a successful holiday. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and has a pleasant private courtyard with a 20 m² terrace, with no overlooking neighbours, ideal for enjoying fine weather in complete peace and quiet.



On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living space comprising:

A lounge area with television and dining table.

A fitted and fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of:

Two double bedrooms (160x190), including one through bedroom.

A single bedroom (90x190) with desk, ideal for a child or for working from home.



A shower room and two toilets complete the rental

You will also have access to a washing machine and a hairdryer.
