"Brilliant location. Short walk to St Michael's Mount and short 2 mile bus ride into Penzance. Room was very clean and the breakfasts are incredible. Staff couldn't do enough and were super friendly. Had a great laugh with the locals. The best bit is the price..... Way cheaper than everywhere else so incredible value for money. Mexico Inn is across the road a nd does great food. Also the CuttySark in Marazion."

"A bed for the night for attendance at Penzance Lit Fest on two consec. days. The only thing I would say: an earlier check-in time - say 15:00 rather than 16:00 hrs - would have been helpful. eg Prem Inns are 15:00 but then again Queens had a better rate."

"The front desk staffs are super friendly and helpful. Helping change room for me because the room was too warm in the summer (no air condition). The lodge I stayed is lovely, the sea view is stunning. The dinner is super nice, banana pudding is the best, steak is really good, staffs are lovely. Unfortunately the housekeeping got inside the lodge I stayed at 8:00 am, left her cleaning bag in front of our door when she found out I was inside, then she hanging around the lodge waiting for us to leave until 11:00 check out time. I don't understand why?"

The staff are super friendly and simply do everything in their power to make your stay memorable. The food is excellent and the amenities top notch. "The hotel was great with a fantastic sea view, staff were friendly and helpful. I read the description of the hotel which said parking available (for a fee) but on arrival found it was a nearby council carpark. I took my old soft top car and was disappointed to leave it overnight outside and vulnerable. It would have been helpful if the car park arrangement was clearer "
