"Clean and spacious accommodation, friendly staff, reasonably priced supermarket on site and plenty of dining options within a 5 minute walk. Particularly appreciated the filter tap in the kitchen so we didn't have to buy bottled water. Used the spa service for a massage and natural manicure, reasonable prices, enjoyed the pamper. Visited the hotel restaurant once, it is modern with pleasant sea views; reasonably priced though it is predominantly used by the older clientele; we preferred eating out but it's nice to have the option. Pool bar offered drinks and snacks, we didn't eat there but wasn't over priced for drinks and servers were quick and friendly. There's a pleasant path accessed by a gate at the back of the hotel, go left and you're in San Blas in 15 minutes, plenty of eateries, pubs, shops etc. Take a right and within minutes there's a strip of restaurants and a marina 15 minutes further on; nice views and a pleasant walk. Take mosquito spray, they're an issue if like me, you suffer from allergies. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. It isn't for you if you want to be in the thick of it and if you have children that need lots of entertainment, it is a very relaxed vibe here which was perfect for us, and it's only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Would definitely return next time we need some sun and a few days to unwind."

Just a short stroll to Siam Park and the Mango Outlet, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to explore. The only caveat is the uphill walk—so if you’re venturing out on foot, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, the views and surroundings make it worth every step. What truly sets this place apart is the thoughtful touch on departure day. You can leave your luggage safely, enjoy a final dip in the swimming pool, and even freshen up in a courtesy room with clean towels before heading off. It’s that kind of attention to detail that makes you feel genuinely cared for. And let’s not forget the on-site shop—convenient, well-stocked, and perfect for picking up a few essentials or souvenirs. "

"Basic rooms, slightly dated but very spacious. The facilities at this hotel really made it. We had access to 3 pools, activities for adults and kids daily. We could always find a lounger. They also provide an hourly bus down to the beach as the hotel is in a hilly area. Definitely would go again and recommend to friends. Special mention to Victor the life guard at pool 3! "
