The centre of Porec? can be found 1km away along a scenic coastal footpath from the beach. 

A fabulous modern house on two floors with all the bedrooms upstairs with balconies, and the living areas and fully fitted kitchen, very spacious and split level on the ground floor leading directly out to the pool, terraces and garden ? an ideal choice. There is also a games room complete with a table football.
