This villa was built in 2021 and is located in Montizana, just 10 km from Porec and the beach. The nearest shop and restaurant are 3 km away, and there are several wineries and cycle paths nearby. In the fully fenced and well-tended garden, guests have a 32m2 swimming pool, a covered terrace with seating, a brick barbecue and 2 parking spaces at their disposal. The villa for 4-6 persons with a total area of 160 m2 is spread over two floors and consists of an air-conditioned living room with access to the terrace and garden, fireplace and pull-out couch for 2 persons, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a separate WC, all on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and one with two separate beds, each with its own bathroom with shower/WC and access to a shared balcony with a beautiful view of the olive grove and the sea in the distance. If you want to spend a relaxing quiet holiday, then Villa Stefany is the right choice. Groups of young people are not allowed.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft! Das Haus war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig und doch gut angebunden. Auch unser Hund hat sich total wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen schnell geholfen. Man merkt, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, ganz klare Empfehlung!
