The house was partially renovated in 2014 and is located on its own 100m2 plot with beautiful garden. Parking is private in front of the house and the garden with barbecue and garden furniture is available for sole use.
The holiday home Oliva can accommodate 6 people and is located on 110m2 large area, spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the house is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with exit to the covered terrace with garden with garden furniture, and bathroom with shower / WC. On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and balcony, and one with bunk beds, and bathroom with tub / toilet. Air conditioning and wireless Internet are available and included in the price.
