The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with many amenities such as shops, restaurants, bakeries, butcher etc. at only 2-3 minutes by foot. The pebble beach and the centre of Poreč is 800 m away. There is a shared garden with barbecue and 1 parking space per apartment.

Apartment Sunset Poreč 1 on the second floor (attic), with capacity for 2 people and 57 sqm consists of a kitchen, living room with dining area and sofa, one double bedroom with separate toilet, one shower/toilet, and spacious balcony with panoramic sea view. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sehr sauber mit einem großen Balkon (mit Blick aufs Meer) und genug Platz. Außerdem ist das Appartement nur 5-10min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Die Klimaanlage hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett und herzlich. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und auf jeden Fall auch empfehlenswert.
