It comprises a pretty living room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). There is also a garden of around 1,000 m²! - A 40 m² living room with sofas, fireplace (wood provided) and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A veranda with armchairs and dining area
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) and two single beds (90 ×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: single bed (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, table.

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 1,000 m², with garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather.

Situated in a peaceful and very pleasant setting in Pordic, this charming Breton farmhouse is just 3 km from the nearest beaches. Ideally positioned with no overlooking neighbors, it offers a private and serene environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as picturesque beaches, restaurants, lively bars and local markets.
