"Very nice house and large garden incl pool! Excellent contact, help and info from Stefania and Francesco! Big pool, bikes, table tennis, basketball hoop, bbq, pizza owen, multiple outdoor sitting/dining areas, car parking, electrical gates, etc. Wifi a bit weak and hot water for 8 persons showers needs to be distributed. But still overall a 5 star house! Thank you!"

"A wonderful escape, especially after 5 activity filled days and nights in a hot and crowded Rome. The property is beautiful, with lovely gardens, perfect sunsets and, yes, we had donkeys, sheep and deer for neighbors. The house is spacious and comfortable, uniquely furnished with works by Orvieto Craftsmen and murals featuring the gardens and the donkeys. We were 11, ranging in age from 4 to 78 and took full advantage of the amazing pool complex, including hot tub, sauna and misting showers....

"Beautiful spacious house with large garden and stunning views. The host was very kind and gave us all info we needed, and everything we needed was there in the house! Electricity use was a bit of a surprise, but even with additional costs it is very much worth the price! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit afain some time in the future."

"From the moment of our arrival to when we left the Villa, Miriam was so friendly, helpful and informative about the many amazing places near us. We had the perfect mix of busy days exploring Orvieto, Cetona, Montipulciano, Lago Trasimeno etc. etc. and some lazy days by the pool. As we had some keen cooks, we enjoyed very much the local markets shopping for food and cooking it in Miriam’s great kitchen. The pool is a great size, especially if you have older children. Geatano was very helpful including showing us the best restaurants and take aways in town. The ravioli from the fresh pasta shop he took us to was outstanding."
