"The Room was nice and clean , hotel advertised as breakfast included which was not true & Breakfast was not the best , Pool area outdated but was empty when we went so we enjoyed"

"Overall the property it quite dated and over priced for what you get. They have made updates to what appears to be the Foyer and Conference Room areas. The rooms have a 80's vibe with the two double beds beng pretty small and the additional lounge chair taking up more room and not really serving a purpose. In my opinion remove the lounge chair and have 2 queens or a queen and a double. The cleanliness is ok to say the least, filter in the bathroom was full and looked like it had been for sometime. The electrical is questionable as the supplied hair dryer kept tripping the fuse. Wifi didnt work at all. The security lock was extremely hard to unlatch. The floor hallways have a musty and damp smell. The complentary breakfast the pancakes were like trying to eat rubber, the eggs were ok but not seasoned, and the cups for water or juice were 2oz bathroom cups. For the price it would be better to stay somewhere else, but the location is hard to beat and its mostly quiet. Do not recommend, will work for a single night stay but definitely not long term."

"The property is located in beautiful Williamsburg, on the Chesapeake. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condominium that was very spacious, clean and overall comfortable. There were 2 things that we had a problem with. The bed was uncomfortable, not the worse I have ever slept in but definitely not comfortable and my back hurt in the morning. Also it seems the shower leaked into the place underneath us. Other than those 2 issues it was good. I would recommend it for location and cleanliness. We did not try the restaurants on location so no comment."

"Breakfast was below average, room was clean but a piece of the wall paper was peeling off the wall, it took a while for the water to warm up in the shower. The room was definitely spacious. I am undecided if I would return to this hotel"

"This property is under new management and you can tell by all the recent 5 star reviews. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Such a variety of foods to include eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal and more. There was a bigger variety on the weekend, than the weekday, but still a big assortment. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the parking lot needs some attention. It wasn’t trashy but was in need of repaving. All in all, I would give them 5 stars because of the comfort and cleanliness of our room and their excellent customer service."
