"Not worth what they charge We arrived and there wasn’t even a sign for reception; we called and the phone didn’t work, so it was hard to find where to check in. At the pool there weren’t enough loungers for the eight cabins. When we finally found some, they were in the sun and we were told maintenance would move them — nobody ever came. We ended up moving them ourselves with help from the gardener who was nearby, because it seems there was only one staff member covering the entire hotel. She...

"Having a van pick you up and drop you off every time you need to leave the property is a hassle. Restaurant and bar is closed. Extremely dark to walk the pathways at night no light! Rooms are too small for the exaggerated price. No tv, no iron or ironing board. Don’t trust the faucet water there was corrosion and dirt coming out. It’s far from everything and no room service. Only good thing is the pool but way too pricey just for a pool."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Chateau del Valle. The entire place is beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail. The room was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy. I would definitely stay here again. The pool area is complete but they are still working on completing much of the outside."

"This place was cute, clean but little and keep in mind that if you are in one of the classic rooms in the second floor you can hear everything from the rooms next to it."
