"Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. "We were here for one night as a stopover on the way into the High Tatras. Our double room was spacious and clean. Check in was quick and easy, and staff were pleasant. We had laundry that we needed done, and they were very accommodating in fulfilling our request. Additionally, we were able to have access to a fridge, which we really appreciated.
