"This B and B was simply amazing from top to bottom. Ann, our host was easily available before and during our stay. Our room was immaculate and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The grounds were beautiful with many different sitting areas in a park like setting. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Ann went out of her way to make us feel welcome and made many good suggestions for our visit to Ypres. We highly recommend this B and B! "

"Check in was smooth, the lady spent time giving us a few tips on places to park and visit. We had an excellent comfort room. Bed was firm which we like. Pillows weren't the best (bit lumpy) but still slept ok. Glad of the air con as we arrived at the start of a mini heatwave. Need instructions for the Nespresso machine, really couldn't get a proper cup out of it so ended up drinking tea with the kettle provided. Lovely bathroom and shower, though surprised not to have hand wash or soap for the...
