I was blown away by the cleanliness of the hotel. I love the breakfast everyday and the staff was pretty friendly. I would definitely come back to stay there. I love the gardens and the birds in the patio. I highly recommend it. I used the sauna and I would have loved to have some fresh water available outside. But, overall, I am very pleased with my stay.

I have stayed here several times. I like it. The price has increased by one third. Refrigerators are no longer in rooms. Less service at breakfast. Television is not large enough to watch from the bed. Increase price and decrease quality . Still the room is big. The bed is good. People are friendly. It’s a beautiful place .

Al llegar no había Wifi en la habitación y el personal trató de solucionar el problema. A la mañana siguiente el gerente me abordó y comentó que había contactado al proveedor y efectivamente solucionaron el problema ese mismo día. También el chef y personal de restaurante fueron muy amables.

Our stay at the hotel was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated, but the overall service took too long and could be more efficient. We stayed at the monastery on two occasions. The room we had on our first stay had a stained and dirty carpet. We asked for it to be vacuumed and they did that, but they would be far better off, tearing up the carpet to expose the wood underneath, which I expect is beautiful. On our second stay the room was clean and had none of those issues. It’s a beautiful place with very cool old furniture. The place has lots of character and is steeped in history. It felt very special to stay there.
