"The hotel is nice and staff was friendly. We had a few hiccups during our stay and I think there is major improvements to be made - we asked for a cot for our baby and it was broken and unsafe for our baby to sleep in. We got a new cot the next day which was in good condition but very dusty. We stayed in a room with bunk beds and found out that it was very dusty and dirty behind the bed. Coffee in the room was not replenished every day. We asked for baby items to be left in the room before arrival and had to chase to get those items in the rooms. Overall good stay because the bedroom was comfortable and the location was convenient but need to improve the housekeeping. "

"Wonderful hotel. Clean, large rooms, extremely helpful and kind staff available 24/7. You couldn't ask for a better location its an easy walk to either Centraal or the Rijksmuseum, wonderful location to stroll from for sightseeing or people watching. I saw that people had complained about noise but we didn't notice an issue and the hotel offered ear plugs in case. The wifi was reasonable and there is a great (but not included) breakfast in the hotel. If we return to amsterdam we will no question be staying here again, seriously could not recommend it enough. "The rooms ate a bit pricy for their size as they are significantly smaller than depicted on the website, and felt a bit crowded for two people given the bathrooms were built-in to the rooms after building construction. Our air conditioning was not working, however this seemed to be fixed by opening the window. The breakfast was lovely, and the location was very quaint. Yet facilities-wise this is a fine stay for a night or so, yet anything longer I would prefer a higher-end hotel"
